Once again I have had the worst experience with this store and their customer experience. I ordered a door and after several times on hold and over an hour each time on hold they told me it was all set to come in and complete. The next day I took the time to go and waited over 40 minutes to be assisted. They called a manager three times saying that someone was coming right over and no one showed. When I expressed frustration that I was told it would only take 10 minutes. Two associates who were helping me gave me long explanations that it was someone else s fault and not theirs. So apparently everyone is for themselves there and no one will take initiative to actually help you. I would say this is just the doors and windows group but it appears the whole store needs significant customer service training.
