As a US Military retiree from Iraq I am DISPLEASED AND DISGUSTED at this establishment. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this car dealership to ANYONE. My fiance and I called and spoke to a sales person named MIKE SALVO. What a horrible salesman. We spoke to him regarding 3 Honda Accords that we took interest in. The one we wanted in specific was the Golden Honda Accord which was a sales special. The next day after a one hour car drive Mike told us that two of the three Hondas were sold at 10 PM the previous evening (store hours are 9PM weekdays). He basically got us into the dealership without calling or sending an e-mail telling us that the 2 cars that we were interested in the most were sold. The way that he told us about the other vehicles being sold was condescending and arrogant as if we had no other choice but to get the last one available.

My fiance and I were angry but were willing to work with the last Honda that was available. As we searched for any body damage on the Honda Mike Salvo kept nagging in our ears that the car was certified to the point it annoyed us. Without much knowledge of the car he was selling us, he kept walking in and out of the dealership as though he had another important appointment. He waited inside as if he could not stand in the HEAT. He looked down on us as if he did not care about our car deal today seeing that the dealership had sold the other two Hondas that previous evening. As we went inside to make the deal, without giving us an offer he shows us the internet price of $14,997. After we both looked at him Mike calls to some guy in the next booth, yells the vin number, and as soon as the last number of the vin was called the other guy says without looking "It's 14,997 just like the other two cars we sold." It felt like these two were tag teaming us into a set price of $14,997 without letting us make an offer.

A NOTE TO Conicelli Honda. You don't know who your selling a car to be mindful of your customers next time it might be the news.
