Terrible experience. Driver forgot one of our bags...

Terrible experience. Driver forgot one of our bags at the curb at the airport. Not a small bag either. Wife and I getting the booster seat in and daughter secured so we assumed that the driver pulled all bags from the curb but that was not the case.

We didn t find out until we got to the hotel and he was driving away and we realized one was missing. The driver was curious but seemed to be in a big hurry. Driving and otherwise. He did offer to drive us back but at that point we just wanted to be done.

Luckily the police found the bag and called us. Rafael, amazing, from Disney s Californian drove my wife back to get the bag. All is good now and we can start our Disney vacation
