Worst customer service I've ever experienced!

Ordered a chair at the start of April and told it was out of stock, despite not wanting the alternative offered they sent it anyway but it never arrived.

Have been chasing nearly every day for a refund (still no refund 2 months later) and customer services are impossible to get in contact with.

Total nightmare - stay well clear of this shoddy, embarrassing company.
