Couldn t have had a worse experience if they tried...

Couldn t have had a worse experience if they tried. When we checked in, we realized our room was flooded so they put us in a wayyyyy worse room with NO timeline of when we could move back. Wouldn t let us speak to the supervisor because the supervisor apparently only works one day a week?!?! Refused to refund the entire or even half or fourth the amount we paid for an ocean view room. Just straight up refused to help. I can t say enough bad things about this property. They need to get supervisors that work more than once a week, not overlook their property as if they are UNITED airlines. And also make sure their rooms are checked in advance (for flooding, for example).
