Staying here for seven days felt a bit too fast for me. I wanted more. The ocean is so warm and cozy. The hotel was really feeling like home. The staff was so amazing. When we arrived the first phrase that we heard was: "Welcome Home" and they really mean it. Each one of us there was 3 of us were in awe of how we were treated. In Secrets Royal, every person of staff is on their spot. Special Thank you goes to Alexandro Ramirez and Iliana Jorge( she was the one who as greeting us every morning with her broad smile) Also Brian was in our top faves. Thank you for everything.
