Big DISAPPOINTMENT, "satisfied or guaranteed" guarantee not real.

I took a course (the one on Extracts) with them that was sold to me as an advanced course, but it wasn't.
At the end of the course I pointed out all my concerns, but I only received meaningless answers and there is no real management of the customer, who after spending 1,500 is not satisfied and is not even called back. I was told there was a "money back guarantee" but then in an email communication they told me that I was not eligible (without explaining the reasons).

In summary, a course created only to then sell other (dear) services to people who have no experience and who think that this course can become rich, poor customer management.
