Extremely unprofessional and rude service. My father came here on Wednesday to submit his application. We came back after we heard another company is currently hiring. We were told that his information was not on file because he did not complete his application (although I was the one who translated and helped him). One of the staff who was in charged of handling his application never called or emailed us to inform that his application was not completed (so we waited). She said after 48 hours, his application would be withdrawn. While another staff said that by company policy, she supposed to inform the applicant if the application was not completed and they have 4 days to complete it. That one staff who did not greet us and rudely and loudly said that "He never complete his application" in front of everyone. Very disrespectful and unprofessional to her client. Another lady who helped us today was very apologetic and helpful. We were suggested to fill out another stack of application but decided not to waste 45 minutes there. As an employment agency who supposes to provide good quality service and connect the company and client together, they should treat their clients better and know their policy. Do not recommend this service if anyone speaks foreign language and is searching for a job.
