Very disappointing. The hotel room smelled like wet laundry, was not very clean, and the walls are so thin, you can hear the conversation in the next room. Glad I didn't pay extra for the water park because there was not enough staff to keep everything open. Every hour a part of the park was closed and the staff would move to a different section for an hour. Some of the areas were not open at all. The arcade is open until 1am but the redemption counter closes at 9 so you can't redeem tickets after that. There is no sign saying this so we searched for the worker for close to an hour because we were leaving early in the morning and wouldn't have been able to go back.
