The tech support phone number is useless on weekends and nights, for it connects a customer with a person with no ability to do tech support... only write up a work ticket... and say that "it is a tower problem," and that is insufficient: IT IS FRAUD. If you had a toaster that only worked five days a week, what would you think of the company that made and services that toaster.
