The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming without feeling creepy and awkward. Negotiating a better price still was awkward. Though it usually is for me, once we had agreed on a price, the rest of the experience was fantastic. Financing and signing papers was fast and friendly.
Overall my experience at Hinshaw s Acura was amazing I would recommend this place and will buy from them again.
