This is the third time I've stayed at the plaza, while the location is prime, amenities PHENOMENAL (spa, restaurant and gift shop) and staff super friendly, the only thing that is holding me back from giving it 5 stars is the elevator situation. We were on the 4th floor with 2 small children ages 2 and 5, on our day for checkout, we along with 2 other families watched as the elevators went up full, and down full. There was 3, but 1 was down for either maintenance use or just out of order. It was 20 minutes before I decided to carry things down the stairs while my wife stayed with the children in the lobby.
