Great service, professionally carried out by all the staff I had contact with. If they said it would be done by a particular point in time, it was. Only downside was due to their busy workload if you had to ring them back you could sometimes be hanging on for ( the longest wait I experienced) up to 10 or so minutes to get through.
Will heartily recommend them to anyone seeking help with accident claims.
