Nice room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

Nice room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
Down side is that we had to undergo constant power failures. Room had no power, lift was not working and a couple had got stuck in the lift for nearly 15 minutes.
Staff were very evasive about the power failures and were very unprofessional in the way they handled the issue.
We are truly shocked that a hotel calling itself 5 star doesn't have a working standby generators to supply power in emergencies.
