Interview process is disappointing. After sharing all the details with the HR, they have asked to come for interview process and again rejected due to some bad reasons like notice period CTC etc. ( Which are already discussed in the HR on call round...haven't rejected at that time). Take a basic technical round and know the details of the candidates like project, notice period etc and then ask to come to office for a main technical round. Lot of time waste to go for this company interview.
