I used them in the past and did not get good results. They do not give you updates on the status of your protest. I still considered giving them another try and read the reviews here. Look at them carefully. Most, probably all, of positive reviews are fake. If you see other reviews left by these accounts, those are for businesses in multiple states and sometimes multiple counties. And these fake accounts have nothing but positive reviews.
