We had the best experience with Regina in buying and selling our home. We originally moved to Knoxville in 2015 and considered buying our first home. She came recommended from a friend and really opened our eyes to the things we should look for when house hunting. She literally got down into crawl spaces and pointed out anything she thought was concerning: cracks in foundation, subpar building materials, roofing, mold, water damage, gutters, basements, things we would have never thought to consider. We never felt pressured to buy even though we looked at 20+ houses with her over several days. If she felt the house wasn t right for us, she let us know why instead of pushing us to put in offers. We decided to wait and make sure we planned on staying in Knoxville before buying. She made sure we knew she would be there to help us when we decided we were ready.

In 2018 we knew we were ready to buy, and Regina was ready to go with another round of house showings. She gave us the same attention and consideration as the first time around. We thought we found our dream house and were ready to put in an offer. Thankfully, with her attention to detail she urged us to hold off and check it out after a rainstorm. We took her advice and when we went back noticed serious issues with water in the basement. With her guidance, we finally found the perfect home. She helped negotiate a good price as well as navigate all the confusing parts of purchasing it. When Knoxville got record breaking rain in 2019, we were so thankful Regina had helped us choose a solid house that avoided
the flooding many of our neighbors and friends experienced.

This year, my husband received a job offer out of state we couldn t pass up and had to move quickly. We hated to leave our home, but we knew Regina would help us sell it. Her expertise came full circle when the value of our home appreciated and sold very quickly. We attribute this to Regina s knowledge and guidance when we originally bought the house.

Regina has set the bar very high for us when it comes to realtors, and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home. She is honest, thorough, organized, and professional. Most importantly, she is on her client s side through the whole process. Regina knows her stuff!
