Zero maintenance
Lack of light in all facilities
In four days of stay they could not get the refrigerator in the room to work
Gym with a living room floor lamp as all light
Pool with 3 of 8 screens working, the rest were not turned off but all the fluorescent lights were out
Dirty pool with bottles and crystal glasses
Sauna with heat-melted light fixtures
Damaged hygrometer instrument
