Checking in was very messy as the rooms were not ready yet. We had to wait a long time (2 hours) in the bar in our room. This was a great shame as we were here to celebrate our son's 10th birthday. He had asked for a hotel stay with his mom and dad, good food in the hotel restaurant and the next day to legoworld as a birthday present for his birthday.
Despite this messy start, the hotel staff received us very kindly and solved this problem in a correct way.
The room was very nice and clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious! With fun and enthusiastic service. The breakfast was very complete and good.
We look back on a wonderful stay!
