I bought a Kia Sedona at the end of May. I bought the Ally extended warranty because Russel told me there was no manufacturer warranty on the vehicle. I didn't really want to get the extended warranty because it was $2,500 more than I wanted to spend but Russel talked me into it. After a few weeks I noticed that my alignment pulled to the right and my ac was blowing hot air. I made an appointment, then I had to call back the next few days because my tire popped. When I called I asked if the tires where include with the bumper to bumper extended warranty they told me yes it's included. I was excited, I'll get my AC, alignment and tire fixed and I'll just have to pay the $100 deductible. Come to find out that the tires are not included and the alignment will cost me 129.95 the AC compressor was leaking but that was covered under manufacturer warranty and would have to take it to Kia. So I took it to Kia they couldn't find a leak.
l feel like they lied to me just to make their numbers for the month. They seem to over exaggerate what the extended warranty covers. Also I had an appointment at 730 am and they didn't call me with the update until 300 it took you that long to work on my car really?!
The saleswoman who helped me when I was looking for a vehicle her name was Crystal. She was vary helpful, patience and understanding. I had fun laughing with her and joking with her.
