I know that technology is the big thing today, but customer service should be a companys' top priority. I called this company today and the message said they do not offer customer service by phone. When the secretary answered the phone, I explained that I needed to speak to a person and not search around on this maze of a web site. Then he rudely hung up on me. How could this company have been a top rated company.
