The areas for older kids (3+) are bigger, brighter, and seem to be more engaging. The little kids area is a small dim room with a view of one of the pools. The workers in there seem very nice, and I'm sure parents arriving well after start time have had no problems dropping their children off.

Everything else seems wonderful and everyone is very friendly, though my experience has been limited to two weeks and I've only encountered the front desk, the babysitting area, and the pools.

My particular situation (having a young child while trying to attend a very early class in a Y I've never been to before) has made my use of this Y quite a challenge. However, for those deciding whether or not to place membership, go for it. It seems really nice.
