Hello,

Hello,
On November 17, 2020, I place an online order for the novel "The Scarlet Servant" and indicate a delivery address.
On November 19, I received an email from Bpost informing me via its tracking application that the package will be delivered on November 20.
That day, I consult the application which indicates that unfortunately the parcel could not be delivered for reason of "incomplete address". The box number was missing ... The package will therefore be returned to the sender, namely Filigranes.
I therefore contacted the bookstore by phone and email to inform them and communicate the full address this time.
On November 26, I finally got a reaction from Filigranes who asked me if the package was delivered because they corrected the address in their database. Impossible, given that the parcel is still being reshipped by Bpost.
November 30, rebelotte!
Having no news, on December 2 I decided to recommend the same novel, this time indicating the exact address.
Since then, despite an email from me on December 8 to ask where this second shipment is, still no news.
In addition, via the Bpost tracking application, following its return to the sender, it seems that my 1st order has arrived at Filigranes on December 2nd.
I deplore on the one hand a more than faulty communication from Filigranes and on the other hand the fact that this order will have cost me 3 times the price of the novel and all that for not having received it yet!
For a bookstore that prides itself on being good advice and close to its customers (unlike large chains), I find the service more than deplorable.
I certainly won't do your advertising.
