My biggest disappointment...

My biggest disappointment...
I am a fervent lover of Sofitel brand for which I have worked. I have been I many of them worldwide and are a AccorClub member.

This hotel didn t meet the standards I am used to. I am aware that I visited the hotel just few days after the borders opened to European travelers and that the situation ain t easy... but it cannot be an excuse for everything.
-Room service cocktails looking cheap.
-Dirty glasses and windows (let the housekeeping know that there will be guests in this room so they can work it properly).
-Mistakes with room credit
The full list would be long, in other words: lack of details and thought.

The hotel itself is ok, rooms too.
The pool is nice even though crowded.

I visited it but will probably not be back.
