Overall was disappointed. We were not informed at time of reservation that the pool was closed for renovations and it was a big part of why we were booking with Omni. Check in staff were cold and unfriendly. Forgot the card we booked with online and were told we could only use it if we checked in online but the online check in was not working. Then given access to business center to check in there, was not informed that we would be charged to do so. Beautiful hotel, not so great customer service
