I've been trying for three day's to find someone that can locate who has my money. I am no longer with the employer and want distribution for a self direct account. I called John Hancock and they told me that Paychex's was handling the account. Of course, Paychex couldn't find me in their system. So, I called John Hancock back. Someone in the Philippines, who BTW has all of my information now, told me that she can't find me in the system either. So, here I am with money in an account no one seems to be able to find.
