I have been working at PPS for almost 4 years, and would recommend it to anyone looking to get into the security field. PPS only promotes from within, so there is plenty of opportunity to move up if you can prove yourself. Management has an open door policy (even the President and the CEO are readily available), and the Supervisors work every bit as hard as the security officers.

I have read through the bad reviews on this site, and most seem pretty baseless. Complaints from people who never actually worked for the company, and claims that I know are completely false (in 4 years I have been paid on time, and in full every time). PPS has been in business for over 14 years and has employed over 1600 people, so 7 unsatisfied employees is a remarkably low number.

I won t pretend that it isn t hard work, but I promise you get out what you put in. There is a TON of work in security right now, so if you need steady work or like the idea of overtime you came to the right place. They run 24/7, and are very flexible when it comes to scheduling; so you can work shifts that fit around your schedule.
