Hotel is beautiful. Beds, linens, baths, towels, robes etc. all first class. Friendly and professional hotel staff made our stay excellent and nothing too much trouble. Hotel has zero noise pollution despite proximity to runway and airport/busy-ness. Had bad experience last year - not Hotel's fault at all - Expedia who had booked my room the wrong week - never did get a refund from them. Thanks to the hotel's professionalism and a manager getting involved and emailing me, I felt their service deserved loyalty and a return trip. Nothing disappoints here. Bar, Food, Services throughout all exceptional. Great! Thank you!
