Ridiculous beyond measure! I went on vacation for ...

Ridiculous beyond measure! I went on vacation for 10 days and while on vacation I receive an alert for excessive water usage. WE WERE NOT HOME! Came home to a $411 water bill. We are a family of four and our bill increased to three times our normal amount. Went down to their office person I spoke to said not to bother filling out the dispute forms and rather request a payment plan. WOW!
