Beware when you disconnect!! Great Service, Great People. I have used EMC for last two years and was really happy with them. I switched my phone service to VOip 3-4 months back and was not aware that the monitoring had stopped until one day the alarm went off and we did not get a call. However, I found a cheaper wireless option with a reputable local company so i moved there. When i cancelled my service, the cancellation was done efficiently and since they charge three payments in advance I was suppose to get a refund. After a month of cancellation when i did not see any refund from them, i called them and they said you have not requested a refund. Does that mean if i had not called they would just eat my additional funds???? and never pay me back for the services not provided. I was not really happy with the answer I got for this request and the ethical standards of this company. So beware when you cancel.
