SM City junior. Small sized mall in comparison to its giant siblings. Parking bldg is pretty organized. I don't know if there are free open air parking in the vicinity. Entrance to the parking facility can be.chaotic w/ thousands of college students milling about in their dismissal time.

Sadly there are no lounges for prestige card holders.
