We have been to O2 lounge, Its nice view there, but only from one side, other side is covered. If you want to get the view side book in advance, but even though it is not a quarantee. We have done our reservation but we still couldnt get table with street view. I did not like the food there either. Prices were too high also and crowd is mostly guests of the hotel. Rather than climbing up to the lounge better to walk down the streets and sit in some average caffe, you will be surprised with food quality and street view.
