Extremely disappointed in Melissa s service. We had a bachelorette trip booked in Maine and due to Covid19 and the 14 day quarantine for out of state visitors, we had to cancel our trip. I contacted Melissa for a refund for my downpayment (this is usually non-refundable) and was hoping that due to the circumstances she would be understanding.
I lost my job due to Covid19 and I m not receiving state benefits, while small businesses are receiving government help AND Melissa is offering online classes, which means she has revenue coming in. Even after explaining my circumstances her response was flooded with a sucks to suck attitude. If you re looking for a kind individual, especially during the difficult times, this is not the place. The selfishness is just an utter disappointment.
