Went in today to the location on MLK and Graham because my AC Adapter for my HP dv6 laptop decided to quit on me yesterday. Spoke with Lucas on the phone first and when I walked in he immediately greeted me. It took him not even 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and got me the new part of the chord that I needed which saved me from spending $70+ on an entire chord. Couldn't have gone any better in my head, I even was able to get to work on time after. Great little experience at the Happy Hamster, I'd recommend it to any one of my friends.
