I rented the bigger hall and I called it the wrong...

I rented the bigger hall and I called it the wrong room name. They setup the chairs in the smaller hall, but not the right amount of chairs. They also setup the tables; however, the tables were filthy with sticky drink mess all over them as well as the serving Buffett table in the back. My relatives rented rooms, no discount for us renting the hall. The floors in both rooms were messy. It took 10 min at least for a girl to come in with a vacuum. Then there was no extension cord for her to do the entire floor. Needless to say the setup put me an hour minimum behind on my big day (we got married same day). When I talked to the manager who is the hardest person to try to get in contact with, she said her employees were lazy and that if I knew people to work for her to let her know. It isn t my job to find workers for you. No discount for the dirty unorganized room. Instead, I get accused of trying to bargain with her. I simply asked the final price and gave her my card number. This place is awful. I guess there is a reason it was the price it was for the night. I don t recommend renting the halls here to anyone. If you do rent it, make sure you plan to lift the tables and chairs and set everything up yourself so you don t show up expecting them to be and running behind like me.
