My 2013 Mazda 3 was rear-ended in December 2013, and I needed to get some work done to repair the car. I called Walser Collision & Glass Plymouth MN and from the very first phone call I was blown away with how friendly they were, and with how well I was taken care of. I received excellent customer service through out the entire time. I had the pleasure of working with Dave Peterson. He was able to answer all of my questions and calm all of my worries, and he was able to reassure me that everything would be taken care of and my car would be just like brand new again. From the moment I dropped it off to the moment I picked it up I was kept updated on what was going on with my car, and how long they needed. There was more damage to the car than expected, and so they had to do more work and I was called and told that they would need a little extra time, but that they had already taken care of contacting the insurance company for me. The only thing I had to do was drop it off and pick it up. I would highly recommend taking your car to walser collision & Glass in Plymouth MN. They are very friendly, and give excellent customer service from the start to the very end. I will for sure use them again and again if I ever need to.
