I was on a flight to dallas from here and when I was checking my bags in, one of the bags were overweight. I asked the United airlines lady if I could take some stuff out and she says you cannot take stuff out of the luggage which is a complete lie.And before I can protest, she pushes it through and I have to pay a 150 dollar fee.
