They wasted my three hours with me trying to sign up for the Altice Mobile. I am also not impressed with the attitude of the staff at the Sayreville Optimum store. They act as if they're doing you a favor. I went in to sign up for a phone service I will be paying for.

I also tried signing up online at altice moblie website and each time I get this error:
"System error
Due to a system error, we were unable to verify your information. Please try again later."
For the past couple of months now I kept getting this same error after I got a success in verifying my account.
