Poor communication with staff on wait times and reservations. Showed up 3 hours early to get a lane was told that they were booked till 10 wasn't given the option to put name on wait list ( because I was told they don't do reservations ). Go back at 9 to see when the next lane or pool table would be open then was told 11, then they ask if we wanted to put our names down .
