I was really pleasantly surprised by my experience with Daniel Cobb. Huw Howell-Pryce was dealing with the letting of my property and was realistic about rental values, sensitive to the characteristics of the property and what prospective tenants were looking for, and worked really hard to let my property quickly. It was a real pleasure to deal with him and Daniel Cobb.
