I am terribly disappointed and shocked to discover...

I am terribly disappointed and shocked to discover so much dishonesty. I have purchased health insurance for my cat for 2 years and it has serious health problems and to my surprise everything is done not to reimburse. I want to change the formula to have better coverage of my costs for 1 month and each time there is always an excuse not to meet this request: either requests are in progress (they do not process them and always leave one waiting to believe that it's done on purpose ?!) or when we finally reimburse you, we will refund the refunds! and in my case that blocks my request again for change of formula as if by chance because we reach a certain ceiling. We are told afterwards of a ceiling of 2/3 not to be obviously reached that we reach this ceiling if the reimbursements are split! to believe that it is still done on purpose ?? !! we are left in a wait and MONSTER fees !! it's worth it to take SAnte ANIMALE insurance. however I wish to accompany my cat to the end in the best possible way, is not the goal when we take insurance: to give them the right to live ?? ::
