This company is in charge of the air conditioning at my apartment complex in DC. It seems like they are here every week. They ensured us that replacing the chillers last year would prevent all the issues but it has made it worse. They then charge us extra to come out here since they are so busy and claim that they need to make time. If this is how they treat the large company that manages my building, imagine the job they will do at your house. If only we weren t stuck in a contract with them, we would have found another service provider years ago.
