Probably the best customer service I've ever seen at a hotel. The Fantasyland team were flawless putting together the decorations for my fiance's birthday surprise, and promptly presented the cake only minutes after we arrived in the room (Luxury Hollywood). The room itself was insane - probably my favourite room to date - and all the staff were so friendly and helpful! We were extremely impressed with our stay and will be back again :)
