Bea G.R. Review of QIPERT
The entity to which I applied for a mortgage loan,...
The entity to which I applied for a mortgage loan, Bankia, works with this agency. At no time was I given another option. So I entrusted the loan procedures to this agency. The person who has taken my file did not correct on time (when the notary indicated) an error, after the mortgage was signed. They pretend that the client assumes incompetence. Today, a year later, I still pay my mortgage religiously, I do not know in what situation my home is located or if the mortgage loan is registered and I know absolutely nothing about the money I gave them as a provision of funds.
This is called BAD PRICE. It is shameful that the client is not properly informed of what is happening or, in case of having made an error, do not assume and inform accordingly who has placed their trust in you.
Your communications with me have been limited to tell me that they had to retasar my home (after having made an INTEGRAL reform, with what this means ...) to what I ignored and feared because I was told that otherwise I could be denied the loan. And 3 months after this they tell me that I have to go back to the notary to sign with the new appraisal. To what? At this point I had been paying the mortgage for more than half a year.
All this is uncomfortable for a citizen on foot. And the only thing that generates is distrust and a tremendous discomfort.
