I have to question a companies professionalism when the safety of residents and their right to peaceful living is disregarded in favor of keeping a unit full. I am specifically speaking about Arron at the St. Cloud location. His complacency is astounding. I have lived at Stratford Terrace for several months now. I have been dealing with an upstairs neighbor who at all hours of the day is either pounding on the walls or floor and it's constant. In addition they are obviously having physical disputes as at times it sounds very violent. I am not one to call the cops but when I brought this to the attention of management their response was "we arent the police". It strictly states in the leasing contract in section 7 that there is a strict noise ordinance and it is enforced outside of quiet time hours and that in certain cases cops can be called. So what cases exactly? Whats the extent? Does someone need to be murdered in order for management to care about the well being of their tenants.
