4th time coming and ive had enough. Awful customer service, shoutout to Julie. Have gotten two surgeries done through this place and they wouldn t budge over 5 minutes and here s why. I Called the let them know I d be late by 20 minutes and they canceled my appointment over 5 minutes since they only allow 15 minutes or late patients. I Had already been driving for over an hour to come to this well respected establishment and they would not budge over 5 minutes. And so she Told me that the doctor would have seen me at exactly 2:30 when my appointment was. And that being 20 minutes late would mess up the doctors afternoon too much. And so I asked if there were patients in the waiting room to which she first said no then told me yes after after I asked a second time. The only thing she offered was for me to show up and fill out paperwork and reschedule. Didn t even say we can see how busy things are when you get here....
