My family and I arrived just before the rush and got a seat immediately (somwhere around 10:15 am- ) however when we left, the line was pretty long (~12:30pm)..granted it was New Years Day. We were there for a while because the service was pretty slow- but that is the only negative thing I have to say.The restaurant looked full which is a good sign and our waiter was really nice and the food was amazing however It seemed they only had one waiter for the entire outside area which was completely filled with patrons. It took about 25 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese, and much longer to get the bigger entrees out but I will say that the 40 minute wait for our food was worth it because it was delicious. I had the eggs benedict with the polenta fries (to die for) and my boyfriend had the nutella french toast....WOW. Definitely worth going to but just make sure you get there on the earlier side- i'm sure it's busy most weekends since the food is amazing.
