HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!!!

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!!!

This was our family first and last horrible experience. We brought our daughter to the Tobacco Company for her 25th birthday. The waiter Henry was hard of hearing which is not preventable. However this restaurant is situated inside of a nightclub with a band therefore the ambiance was loud. My husband and I both ordered sirloin. He asked for well-done. And his steak was oozing with blood. I requested medium well. My steak was served medium rare. That ruined our party being able to eat our meals together. At this point only half of the guests were eating their food. The manager came over to our table to apologize about the improper serving of the steaks. Once we received our steaks the second time around the baked potatoes were cold and stiff. The veggies and baked potatos were cold.

Our tab came up to $243.00 dollars. We have eaten dinner at Apple Bees before and the steak and food was served fresh, hot and to delight! We have enjoyed eating at Ruth's Chris Steak House and their steak melted in our mouths. I had heard great reviews about the Tobacco Co. only to find out that the chef did not have proper training in steak requests.

Tobacco Company has great music. However the food we ordered was served extremely poor to taste and cold. Apparently the chef was inexperienced and lacked proper steak technique and training.

This restaurant has a nightclub atmosphere. Maybe if we had a couple of drinks before the meal I possibly would not have noticed how poorly my food was served. Otherwise for the price we paid I expect my steak to taste like it came from Texas de Brazil!! :/ :/ :/ :/ :/

I will never recommend this place for food! For a nightclub it's a go.

Disappointed :/
