I dropped off my 2014 A7 for what In thought would be a one day service visit - problems with the backup camera and AudiConnect SIM card. The only negative aspect of my whole experience was they had my car for 9 days. That said, they fixed it all under warranty, provided good documentation of the troubleshooting and fixes, communicated with me every step of the way and gave me a loaner (a 2017 A6 S-Line, which made me really glad I drive an A7!) Definitely happy with the service I received and recommend Audi Plan's service department.
