Rented through MICM south bank years ago and they are the most terrible agent I have ever seen.
They brought people in for inspections without any notice AT ALL! Also made me pay 6 months rent in advance and told me this is the only way for an international student to rent a place in Australia. i shoud have sued them at that time!
